Viatris, which has a long-standing commitment to the Tulipe association, is continuing its support for humanitarian operations. In 2023, against a backdrop of increasing crises around the world, the Tulipe association contributed to two operations in support ofaccess to healthcare for the Gazan population and is preparing a third in the coming weeks. Support for access to healthcare also continues in Ukraine and the DRC, where Tulipe took part in a humanitarian airlift in March 2023. Over the past two years, nearly 200 tonnes of health products have been delivered to our partners in the field.

A day of voluntary work by members of the Viatris Executive Committee

As a member of the Tulipe association, we also contribute to responding to health emergencies through the regular donation of certain products”, explains Viatris. The 6,000 treatments donated by this major player in global healthcare will help to provide support to the Ukrainian, Congolese and Gazan populations. On 21 December 2023, the Tulipe association was able to count on the help of members of the company’s Executive Committee, who took part in the manufacture of emergency kits in Tulipe’s pharmaceutical warehouse in Le Thillay.

Viatris is also involved with other associations and communities to respond to various health issues around the world. For over 15 years, the healthcare company has been a partner of the Petits Princes Association, which helps seriously ill children and teenagers to make their dreams come true.
