Urgent health action in Madagascar following a plague epidemic

In response to an epidemic of pulmonary plague that has already affected more than 250 people in Madagascar, Tulipe has provided almost 10,000 doses of antibiotics for the target populations.

For this specific intervention, Tulipe worked with the ARMADA association, which carries out missions throughout the year in health centres in remote regions of the country. Tulipe has been working with this partner for over 10 years, providing annual support in the form of medical products.

These products will complement the efforts of other organisations such as the French Red Cross and the WHO, which were among the first to intervene.

It should be noted that an article on Tulipe was published in the daily newspaper Le quotidien du pharmacien.
