Association
Founded in 1982 by healthcare companies, Tulipe is a general interest association anchored in a collective and committed approach.
Tulipe (Transferts d’Urgence de l’Industrie PharmaceutiquE) is a humanitarian pharmaceutical distributor authorised by the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines (ANSM).
Tulipe federates donations from healthcare companies and donates them to humanitarian associations working to improve access to healthcare.
We act as an interface between healthcare companies and associations. Tulipe coordinates donations of healthcare products and distribution to associations.
The association provides emergency kits of health products
Our interventions mainly involve the donation, in less than 24 hours, of emergency kits of health products, adapted to the needs of each request in the field. Tulipe also monitors its humanitarian actions in order to provide a sustainable response to the medical needs of populations living in crisis zones.
Our aim? Respond to health emergencies around the world
These health emergencies can involve acute health crises (epidemics), natural disasters (earthquakes, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.) and conflicts (wars, conflict zones).

The Tulipe association is the interface between healthcare companies and NGOs
Tulipe manages and coordinates donations from healthcare companies during global health crises. It thus responds optimally to the needs of NGOs while ensuring the traceability of health products.
DONATIONS FROM HEALTHCARE COMPANIES
CHECKING AND PREPARING EMERGENCY KITS
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF KITS BY MEDICAL NGOS
4 to 5 times a year, Tulipe prepares emergency kits of health products
Thanks to donations from member healthcare companies, we prepare kits in canteen trunks. They are then made available to beneficiary organisations operating in the field in less than 24 hours, because every minute counts in these critical moments.
Compliance with best practice
By donating health products to Tulipe, companies transfer pharmaceutical responsibility for donations made. We are therefore responsible for the traceability, batch withdrawal and proper use of medicines in the field. We are subject to the “good practices for drug donations” published by the Ministry of Health. We are also committed to following the guidelines for drug donations and the list of essential medicines published by the World Health Organisation.
